This is a quote I liked from the movie, Hard Candy. It’s about a girl (played by Ellen Page) taken matters into her own hands and taken down a guy who’s a suspected pedophile. It’s a good movie to me and the reason for its existence is scary, but courageous.
An important quote many people worldwide should remember, to never act on emotions alone and let your feelings overcloud logical thinking. Too many have made tragic decisions because of it.

The sad moment when you realise how alone you actually are. That no one ever messages you on facebook first or texts you first or anything. So it gets to the point where you don’t want to put in the effort with people who don’t put in any effort for you so you end up spending your life at home, never going anywhere.

That’s what I go through a lot with my certain “friendships”. That is why I don’t talk much to people anymore. :|

If you yearn to find an answer for something, seek it.

Seek and you shall find was a quote I’ve learned as a sapling from the source I don’t completely remember. I since then kept that quote to heart to make sure to search for something before requesting assistance. Whether it may be an item or information, learning to venture for a solution to your desired quest can help you become more independent and less likely to constantly ask for help.

It’d be nice if more would apply it to their situations whenever faced with one, especially for those who wish to be spoon-fed and/or have something easily handed to them. People shouldn’t yield to that behavior in any place.
